Refunds are considered under specific conditions to ensure fairness and the well-being of the kitten. Refund eligibility includes situations such as undelivered kittens due to logistical errors, incorrect bookings, or cancellations that occur before the kitten has been prepared for shipment. Please note that refunds will not be issued in cases where the kitten has already been delivered and is healthy and safe in the customer’s care.
To request a refund, customers must contact our support team via email or phone within the timeframe specified in our policies. Our team will guide you through the process and request all necessary documentation to validate the claim. This may include proof of payment, communication records, and shipment confirmation details.
Once the refund request is submitted, our team reviews it carefully. Eligible refunds are processed promptly, and customers are notified of the approval or denial along with detailed reasoning. Refunds are typically issued via the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on banking or payment provider policies.
Refunds are provided under certain conditions designed to protect both the customer and the kittens. Key conditions include:
- The kitten has not been shipped or is still in our care when the cancellation or refund request is made.
- All required documentation and communications are provided and verified.
- The refund request is made within the period specified in our policies.
- The kitten is healthy, and no undue risk has been introduced to its welfare.
We do not provide refunds once a kitten has been delivered in good health, as it may cause undue stress or harm to the kitten. This ensures that all kittens are treated ethically and responsibly throughout their transition to their new homes.
For customers requesting international shipments, refunds are handled with additional care. Customs, import/export regulations, and shipping fees may affect refund eligibility. Our team provides clear communication regarding any non-refundable fees associated with international transport.
